Training explanation clear except for one confusing part
The training overall was well structured and explained clearly. The steps during onboarding were straightforward, and the payment and invoicing interfaces made sense immediately. Most instructions around using calling tools and managing the database were easy to follow. However, one thing that stood out was the way some features related to the dialer were described; the explanation was a bit rushed and left me guessing about some specific functions. This lack of clarity made that portion harder to grasp compared to the rest. Still, the automatic updates fine-tuned the software and improved its usability over time. I found telephonic support helpful whenever I had queries during setup. The balanced experience meant I felt comfortable overall, but I would have appreciated a clearer walkthrough of the dialer options during training. Otherwise, the onboarding met expectations.
