Training explained well but needed some patience from me
The training sessions worked pretty well for me overall, though it took some time for things to fully click. The instructions given in the onboarding were clear, and the step-by-step guides helped me navigate the software better. Yet, I felt some explanations were a bit rushed, so I had to replay videos and review the documents multiple times to grasp everything properly. Also, the mix of live and recorded content meant I had to allocate time carefully to attend live calls, which wasn’t always convenient. Despite that, the playback option was useful because I could revisit difficult sections at my own pace. I do think the training made me comfortable with the basic tasks faster than I expected, so that was a plus. Still, it required some repeated effort to really understand some more advanced features. By the end, I appreciated how everything was put together but wish the pacing was a bit more uniform since at times I had to drag my focus back. So yeah, training helped but was not super easy right away, which surprised me because clarity is key here.
