Training explained initial setup well, ongoing steps less clear

The training provided a solid overview for the one-off setup tasks, which was helpful in getting me started efficiently. However, when it came to ongoing steps and regular maintenance, the guidance felt lacking. I ended up spending more time figuring out how to keep the software optimized between sessions because the resources didn’t cover those phases in depth. The onboarding process itself was straightforward initially, but I struggled later with some updates and managing the database feature as changes came up. I will say the initial telephonic support was responsive and clear, which helped me get past the first hurdles rather easily, but the later parts could definitely use better support materials.
