Training experience was quite different, I'd definitely do it again
The onboarding process here was something I hadn’t experienced before. Most trainings I attended were pretty rushed or very generic, but this was different. There was this one moment during the calling tools introduction where it just clicked for me — suddenly I could see how the whole workflow made sense when running remote. The step-by-step approach to using the dialer and managing the database was new, and it felt much more interactive than usual. The trainer answered questions, but most stood out was the way the system itself was presented as a single package rather than disjointed parts. For that specific moment, I found myself understanding more clearly why things were designed this way. I wouldn't hesitate to do this training again because the approach made it easier to imagine using the software in real tasks even though some parts were a bit generic. It stood apart from other onboarding I'd tried before and made me more confident to explore the software independently.
