Training experience was overall theek, but had its complications
Main training mein jo tha woh overall okay raha, par kuch hiccups bhi aaye that made me think. Jab software ke kuch functionalities unexpected tareeke se behave kar rahi thi like the dialer ya database syncing, toh training material mein uska proper mention nahi tha. I appreciated that telephonic support helped tackle those problems quickly, par it was still a bit jarring to face them at all. Onboarding contained useful content, lekin jab problems aaye toh lagta tha ki thoda aur practical guidance milta toh better hota. Yeh sab mila-jula experience tha — kuch aspects toh hai jo kaafi ache lagte hain ki proper workflow mein assist karte hain, lekin meri taraf se ek chhoti si reservation rahegi ki training thoda aur robust hona chahiye for edge cases. Agar main next time training karunga toh expect karo ki thoda extra support lena padega shayad. But on balance, overall it felt manageable and fair enough.
