Training experience vs expectations: a mixed but good ride
When I first signed up, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect from the training and onboarding process. Over the days, I noticed that while the initial setup and day-to-day use felt pretty intuitive, some of the detailed training materials seemed a bit repetitive and didn’t always add extra value for me. However, going back and forth through the courses helped refresh some basics I had forgotten. The call tools and dialer usually worked smoothly throughout the week, though there was the odd moment where connection hiccups happened. I appreciated how the software kept updating automatically, so I didn’t have to do much on my part. Also, the support team was generally helpful whenever I reached out, which made me feel supported even if the training wasn’t perfect. So, while I expected a more streamlined onboarding journey without the occasional technical hiccups, what I got was more of a steady experience that grew on me. It wasn’t flawless but more than workable, and in that sense, it mostly met my expectations after a few tries and a bit of patience.
