Pehle toh training material acha tha, step-by-step modules ke saath jisse main apne speed pe seekh sakti thi. Lekin jab mera internet connection weak tha aur video sessions struggle kar rahe the, toh lagta tha ki kuch zyada support nahi mil raha. Onboarding ke dauran bhi technical glitches aaye, especially database setup mein, jise main easily resolve nahi kar payi turant. Lekin support team ne patiently help kiya aur agle din tak issue resolve ho gaya. Main ye soch rahi thi ki agar thodi aur flexible options ya offline materials milte toh wo zyada madad karte, par fir bhi experience positive raha. Training content kaafi informative tha aur overall jo main sikhi, wo useful thi. Thoda aur polish ke saath yeh onboarding experience top class ban sakta tha, par abhi bhi main kaafi satisfy hoon ki kaafi smooth process hua aur frustration bhi limited tha.
