The training and onboarding session I received was exactly what I expected going in. The materials were clear, well-structured, and easy to follow. The sessions covered the remote workflow software's essential features, allowing me to familiarize myself with the platform quickly. What stood out was how they paced the content so I was able to understand without feeling rushed. Signing up and the initial steps were straightforward with guided help, which helped reduce confusion. I appreciated the clarity around the invoicing and payment processes too, which made starting out much simpler. Although it was straightforward, the covering of telephonic support and software access during training gave me confidence in using these tools effectively. Overall, the onboarding met my anticipated needs with one part—the pacing of the training—standing out as particularly helpful for me.
