Training experience had some unexpected elements

When I began with the WFHI training, I wasn’t quite sure how it would stack up against the other remote working tools I’ve used before. The sessions were pretty hands-on, which surprised me because I was expecting a more theoretical approach based on my past experiences. It felt quite practical and directly relevant to the software, which was good. Onboarding was faster than I anticipated, and the training materials seemed updated and accessible—running through the dialer and database features quickly but effectively. However, I did notice some overlap in content that I think could’ve been trimmed to save time. Also, while the trainers seemed knowledgeable, the pacing sometimes felt a bit uneven, with some parts going too slow and others a bit rushed. Still, the overall structure made it easy to start using the tools efficiently. I guess I’m still processing whether this directly improves my productivity more than other programs but initial impressions are positive. I wasn’t expecting to be this engaged in the training plus onboarding process, so that has been the pleasant surprise.
