Training expected to be direct, par thoda zyada waiting mila
I was hoping for a training and onboarding process jo direct aur fast ho, but honestly, thoda zyada waiting aur repetition ke phases aaye during use. Training ke dauran, agar main kisi ek step ko samajhna chahta tha toh mujhe baar-baar same explanations sunne padti thi, jo thoda frustrating tha. Calling tools aur dialer ka interface accha hai, lekin jab main database features ke sath kaam kar raha tha, toh mujhe lagta tha ki software aur training dono ko sync hona chahiye without itni repetition. Onboarding ke initial steps smooth chale, par jab advanced features ke baare mein aaya toh support se response ka wait karna pada jiske wajah se mera workflow thoda disturb hua. Mujhe laga tha ki jo ye paid training aur software hai, vo jyada streamlined hoga, par generally it was okay bas thoda slow tha jo main expect nahi kar raha tha.
