Training expected flexible hours but it wasn’t

I expected the training to fit well with my work hours but it mostly did not. The onboarding schedule was fixed, requiring attendance at times I usually wasn't free. That disrupted my regular daily routine and caused some tension. The content itself was okay, though not very engaging. I must say the payment and invoice process was straightforward which was a positive point. The software took a while to get used to, especially the calling tools and dialer. Database management functions did not seem well explained and updates didn’t always reflect immediately. Support responses were slow and sometimes unclear. Overall, it was disappointing because the timing issues made participation difficult. I would have preferred more adaptability in training schedules, which would make it practical for varied work hours. There was a slight advantage in how payments were handled clearly but that alone does not compensate for the inflexibility in timing and lag in effective onboarding.
