Training expectations vs reality: A mixed bag

Before starting the WFHI training and onboarding, I had certain expectations about how straightforward and supportive the process would be. I assumed the training modules would be very clearly structured and aligned with what I needed to know to manage the software efficiently from the get-go. In reality, while some parts of the training were helpful and covered the basics well, there were areas where I felt it fell short. The onboarding flow took longer than I had anticipated, with some information repeated unnecessarily and other important features only briefly touched upon. Comparing this with other online trainings I have done, this felt less personalized and a bit too generic at times, which made it harder to relate directly to my use case. However, one positive aspect was that the training did prepare me to use the dialer and calling tools reasonably well — I felt comfortable navigating those after the sessions. Unfortunately, I ran into a few difficulties when trying to make full use of the database feature; the guidance given during training wasn’t enough for me to feel fully confident. Overall, the experience had its strengths and weaknesses. It partially met my expectations but left me wishing for more thorough, targeted support in specific features. I think with some updates, the training could be a lot better tailored and more efficient for new users.
