Training: Expectation versus Reality

Reflecting back on the training and onboarding process, I must say it largely aligned with my initial expectations. I anticipated a fairly structured introduction to the software, and that is what I received. The onboarding modules were comprehensive, covering database integration and usage of the calling tools with reasonable depth. However, I did find the pace slightly faster than I had wanted, which made absorbing all the information a bit challenging initially. Nonetheless, the recorded sessions and documentation allowed me to revisit the concepts at my own leisure, which worked well. What stood out positively was how the dialer and telephonic support system were introduced practically rather than just theoretically, helping me feel more prepared. Still, a minor reservation remains about the onboarding flow being slightly overwhelming on first exposure, especially for someone new to remote workflow tools. Overall, it met the promises made before signing up, providing a solid foundation despite a few areas where pacing could be improved for comfort.
