Training enabled smooth setup with mainly one-time adjustments
The training I took covered setup and initial running of the software extensively, and I found that a large portion of the effort involved in the onboarding phase was one-off. For example, configuring the calling tools and dialer alongside integrating the database into my workflow took most of my time at the start. The training materials and sessions clearly differentiated between these initial setup tasks and ongoing maintenance, which helped me prepare accordingly. After this, ongoing use required less intervention, though occasional updates would prompt minor adjustments. Importantly, the invoicing and payment procedures were also part of the training, so I felt well prepared for those administrative parts. On the whole, the outcome was a smooth transition from signing up to daily usage with only a modest ongoing setup burden.
