Training easy to access, but some gaps too
I found the training and onboarding experience quite straightforward overall. Navigating through the modules was smooth, and it was easy to locate the specific content I needed at different stages. The software tutorials provided clear step-by-step guides which helped me quickly understand the core functions. However, I did notice that some advanced topics didn’t have as detailed explanations as I would have liked. These parts required extra trial and error on my side. Still, the initial resources allowed me to start using the calling tools and dialer without much delay. The onboarding flow itself was logically organized, though the occasional missing detail slowed me down a bit. I’d appreciate more comprehensive examples or FAQs later in the process. Nevertheless, the training set a solid foundation to build from and I will keep exploring what they offer.
