Training ease depends on your familiarity
When I first started with WFHI training and onboarding, I tried to find resources about using the dialer and managing the database. The training modules were fairly comprehensive, but I found the navigation a bit confusing at times because some topics overlapped while others were missing detailed step instructions. For someone new to remote workflows it could be overwhelming, but if you have some prior knowledge, you might piece things together more easily. I appreciated that the training also linked to the software itself for practical practice, which helped a lot. However, I wasn’t always sure where to look next, and sometimes the onboarding flow felt inconsistent in pacing and content detail. So it’s a mixed experience: it suits those comfortable with exploring software independently but less those wanting fully guided hand-holding. If you can tolerate a bit of trial and error, it might be workable. Otherwise, expect to spend some time figuring out some parts yourself.
