Training does not fit my needed hours at all
The training schedule offered felt completely mismatched with my actual work hours. It assumes you can dedicate time slots in a way I can’t manage. Because of this, I found the whole onboarding very difficult to keep up with and follow properly. The instructions didn't seem flexible enough to accommodate people like me who have irregular availability. Since I couldn't align the lesson timings with my personal routine, learning and properly setting up the software was frustrating and inefficient. Unfortunately, this created a gap that I couldn't bridge, and it did not work for me at all. I would not recommend it if your schedule isn’t very predictable.
