Training didn’t go quite as I expected but still okay
I expected the training to be a lot more hands-on and flexible in handling issues if anything went wrong during the onboarding. In reality, the process was quite structured, which was sometimes helpful because it kept things organized. However, when I faced small technical problems with the database feature or dialer tools, the pre-recorded training didn’t offer enough troubleshooting options. I found that support helped fill in those gaps, but it wasn’t quite as quick or personalized as I hoped. Compared to other software experiences I’ve had, this one felt a bit slower in adapting to unexpected situations. That said, the overall onboarding was smooth enough once I got used to the workflow and accessed telephonic support. Automatic updates worked quietly in the background without interrupting me, which felt like a positive thing. The billing and payment steps were fairly straightforward, so I wasn’t too concerned about that part. Overall, I’m positive about the training but think it could improve how it deals with issues when things don’t go as planned to create a better user experience.
