I had certain expectations about the training after signing up, particularly hoping it would cover more in-depth use cases for the database and calling tools. The onboarding experience introduced the basic features clearly enough, and I appreciated that part. Still, I expected to see more demonstration on how automatic updates might impact existing workflows, but that detail was missing. They covered the dialer setup reasonably well, and I found the telephonic support to be politely responsive, which I grant as a positive. However, overall, the training felt a bit generic and didn’t dive into scenarios relevant to my actual workflow needs. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, and the invoicing parts were well organized, so at least those pieces worked fine. But I was hoping for better preparation in managing the database feature effectively since that’s core to what I wanted. The onboarding flow didn’t prepare me sufficiently on continuing maintenance or when updates come through, which I found disappointing. It was useful to have a sense of the software interface quickly, but that was mostly surface level. I guess I just expected an experience more tailored to real-world use rather than a broad intro. It’s not that the training was bad, just not quite what I thought it would be going in. With some improvements on depth and examples, it could match expectations better.
