Training Didn’t Fit My Work Hours, Missed Key Flexibility

I started the onboarding with high hopes, but the training schedule was too rigid for the hours I actually work. It only offered sessions at times that clashed with my busiest periods, making it tough to keep up and benefit fully from the content. While the material itself seemed comprehensive, the lack of accessible timing options meant I missed a lot of explanations about how to use the calling tools and the dialer effectively. The database feature overview was rushed in my sessions, and I ended up figuring out many practical details on my own, which shouldn’t be the case. On the brighter side, sign-up, invoicing, and payments were simple and clear, so that part felt smooth. Automatic updates didn’t cause any issues, and the telephonic support was polite but couldn't compensate for the training timing misfit. I had hoped for training tailored to different schedules or at least recorded sessions to revisit later. The onboarding flow felt too one-size-fits-all and didn’t accommodate my needs, which led to frustration. In short, if your work hours don’t align with theirs, the training might leave you behind, as it did for me. The missing flexibility was significant enough that I question if I’ll continue with the full use of the software soon.
