Training didn’t drag, which I appreciated a lot
I assumed that the training sessions would have quite a bit of repetitive content and perhaps pauses while waiting for support responses, given how complex remote work software can be. But actually, the process moved along steadily with minimal repetition, and the planned breaks were just right. Unlike some online platforms where you have to wait to get unstuck, the WFHI system let me progress smoothly through modules covering calling tools and the database integration without frustrating waits. Support, when needed, responded promptly so I wasn’t left hanging. This contrast with my expectations made the training feel more efficient and enjoyable than I thought it would be. The combination of clear explanations, handy walkthroughs, and relatively fast assistance ensured I got through onboarding without feeling bogged down or bored, which is quite rare.
