Training didn’t cover onboarding details well
Looking back at the training and onboarding experience with WFHI, I have to say it was a mixed bag but mostly leaning towards disappointment. The initial sessions seemed promising, providing good overviews of the software capabilities and tools like the dialer and database features. However, once I started actually using the platform, I realized that many necessary steps and nuances of the workflow were not thoroughly explained or demonstrated. Much of the onboarding felt like trial and error, as I had to figure out by myself how to set up the calling tools properly or navigate through the updates. The training gave a broad understanding but lacked the detail that would have saved me considerable time and frustration. On the plus side, the recorded materials and online documentation were at least accessible afterwards, which helped me piece some of it together. Still, I felt that a more structured and interactive onboarding with clearer instructions would have improved my confidence and speed in becoming productive on the platform. It’s been several months since I first signed up, and reflecting on the process now, I recognize that the self-learning burden was heavier than expected and that comprehensive guidance could be offered better.
