Training did not meet expectations at all

I expected the onboarding process to be smooth and to offer comprehensive guidance, but the training did not match what I was anticipating. The modules were either too basic or completely skipped over the detailed procedures I needed, especially when trying to understand the database features and calling tools. It felt like the training lacked depth and structure. I struggled to follow along, and the support did not provide much immediate help either. Overall, my initial experience was frustrating because the onboarding and training process did not prepare me adequately for using the software efficiently.
