Training did not match my expectations compared to previous tools
Having used other remote workflow platforms before, I found the training materials here lacking in detail and clarity. The onboarding flow felt disjointed, and I struggled to connect the instructions with the actual software interface. I was hoping it would be a smoother transition, but I found myself confused about how to set up the calling tools properly. The dialer feature worked sometimes but had basic issues that I hadn't seen in similar products before. One reservation is that the telephonic support was limited and couldn't fully explain the nuances I needed. Overall, this training fell short for me compared to what I experienced elsewhere and was not helpful in getting started smoothly.
