Training did not fit well with my working hours, causing issues
I was interested in the training and onboarding offered by WFHI because I work odd hours remotely and needed something flexible. Unfortunately, the training sessions were scheduled at fixed times that didn’t coincide with my actual working hours, which made it difficult for me to attend live classes without disrupting my workflow or sleep. Although the training content itself was thorough and detailed, the lack of asynchronous or recorded options meant I missed vital information. The onboarding flow expected a certain daily commitment that I could not align with because my work timings vary significantly. This led to a situation where I could hardly keep up with the pace of the onboarding, and it felt like it was designed more for traditional nine-to-five schedules. I had hoped for at least some flexibility in session times or a way to catch up without falling behind. While the software itself installed without problems and the sign-up and invoicing process was clear, the training's poor alignment with my schedule ultimately reduced its usefulness for me.
