Training did cover the basics but lacked depth in onboarding
Looking back over the weeks since completing the onboarding, I realize that while the training covered basic functionalities sufficiently, it did not quite match my expectations for a thorough introduction. I hoped the onboarding would prepare me better for using every aspect of the software confidently, particularly the dialer and the integrated calling tools. Instead, I found I had to spend a lot of time experimenting on my own, figuring out how the database and automatic updates worked in practice. The sign-up and payment process was fine and clear enough, but that initial rush to get started didn’t feel supported by the training. Telephonic support was helpful when contacted, but I wish the onboarding had been more detailed and paced. Reflecting now, it seemed that the program’s training focused more on surface-level features rather than deeper workflow integration, which left me somewhat frustrated.
