Training demanded steady effort but worked out in the end
The training and onboarding process wasn’t just a one-time effort; it required consistent attention over several days. The initial modules were well-paced, but maintaining the momentum was something I had to focus on deliberately. Day to day, the software behaved reliably, which helped me build confidence that it would perform when I needed it. Using the calling tools alongside the database feature generally did the job well, though I occasionally encountered small glitches that needed me to restart or check updated materials. The automatic updates were seamless for the most part, with hardly any disruption to my workflow, which was a big plus. Telephonic support was available when I needed extra help, although I tried resolving most things through the training resources first. Signing up and dealing with invoicing was straightforward enough, which set a positive tone for the rest of the experience. All in all, it took a fair amount of effort to get fully comfortable, but the software did help me achieve what it promised in practical daily use.
