Training Delivered What I Expected but Left Some Uncertainty
I attended the full onboarding and training sessions expecting to feel thoroughly prepared to use every feature smoothly. The trainers covered the core software functions, especially how the dialer integrates with the database, which is essential for my daily workflow. By the end, I felt reasonably confident about the basics but still a little unsure when it came to more advanced settings and new updates that appeared automatically. While the sessions certainly assisted me in setting up, some steps were glossed over or assumed prior knowledge. This practical approach ensured I could start working, but I wish a little more detail was provided on troubleshooting or optimizing advanced tools. So, while the training did the job adequately, it didn’t fully equip me to handle all aspects without needing further assistance or experimentation.
