Training started well, aur sab explained tha how to get started with the dialer and database, which I liked. Lekin kuch cheeze thi jo mujhe thoda confusing lagi, jaise automatic updates ke baare mein, kyunki unka impact mera workflow pe clear nahi hua. Onboarding ke steps acha tha but kabhi-kabhi lagta tha ki more detail ho sakti thi on calling tools. Overall, end mein thoda confident feel kar rahi thi about using the software, yet nahi lagta ki poori tarah ready hoon bina extra help ke. Soch rahi hoon ki next time fir se attempt karungi, shayad tab better samajh aayega sab kuch. Yeh process kaafi chalak tha but thoda aur guidance ki zarurat thi mujhe to feel fully equipped.
