Training covered essentials but lacked a few practical tips
When I signed up, I was hoping the training and onboarding would guide me through all the steps without needing extra help. The initial modules were quite clear, explaining how to use the software and navigate the dialer tool, which helped me set up my workflow reasonably well. However, I found certain aspects of the onboarding a bit thin, like how to integrate the database effectively with my existing contacts, which wasn't fully covered. Because of that gap, I had to get back to support a couple of times — not a huge problem but something I hadn't expected. The training did cover most of the basics, and the automatic updates feature was nicely explained. Still, I would probably need some help again next time I revisit certain features or if new updates change the interface significantly. Overall, the experience was practical enough to get started but wasn’t comprehensive enough to be self-sufficient right away. If I had a chance to onboard someone new to this software, I’d advise them to be ready for some trial and error or to reach out to support for the more nuanced parts. So while it did do the job to an extent, I’d say it was missing a few useful tips and a more detailed walkthrough for the advanced database functions I use regularly.
