Training covered all basics but involved some waiting and repetition
During the onboarding training with WFHI, I found that the sessions included all the fundamental aspects required to get started, like how to set up the dialer tool and organize the database. The training materials were thorough, but sometimes I noticed that progress was slowed because we had to go over certain topics multiple times, especially when the group had wide-ranging familiarity levels. This meant some waiting was involved as well, especially when trainers addressed questions to those who were slower to understand a particular function. Despite this, each session was well structured and covered necessary skills step-by-step, so the repetition helped reinforce key points. The pacing occasionally felt uneven due to this, but the downside was balanced by the clarity achieved in the final understanding. Apart from that, the sign-up process was clear and invoicing happened on time. Automatic updates to the software were managed without disrupting the learning schedule. Overall, the training was effective even though the waiting and repetition may make it less suitable for people who want rapid completion of onboarding.
