Training could have used clearer ongoing guidance

The training process started promisingly, but as the days passed, I noticed some inconsistencies in how the workflows were explained. On some days, the instructions were very clear and easy to follow, but on others, it felt like certain steps were skipped or not detailed enough. This made it harder to maintain a steady pace and confidence in using the tools effectively. I also felt the onboarding didn’t provide enough follow-up or refreshers, which would have been helpful as the tasks grew more complex. Overall, it was a mixed experience with some good initial guidance but missing support during the daily use phase.
