Training content clear but missing some label explanations
I found the training and onboarding with WFHI to be generally clear and helpful. The wording used in most parts was straightforward and concise, which made understanding the steps easier. Sign-up and payment labels were practical and well placed. However, I did notice that some labels within the software, particularly in the database section and calling tools, could have been explained more fully. A couple of terms seemed generic or lacked context, which caused a slight pause while navigating. This made me wish for a little more description or tooltip support within these areas, especially for new users. The training covered many topics well but did not fully address these label gaps. Despite this, the automatic updates and telephonic support felt organized and accessible when needed. So overall, the training is well arranged, but the missing label explanations could be improved to avoid confusion during onboarding.
