Training clicked when I connected with real scenarios
At first, the WFHI training felt somewhat routine, with some waiting between segments and what seemed like repetitive explanations of certain software features. I wasn’t sure if I was absorbing everything effectively because it all felt a bit drawn out at the start. However, the turning point came when they demonstrated the use of the dialer integrated with the database for actual remote workflow tasks. That practical connection made the concepts finally click for me. Waiting during training wasn’t ideal, but I understood it was needed to set up properly and allow for questions. The repetition, while somewhat slow, helped reinforce the basics so I didn’t miss crucial points. I guess the moment it really came together was when I saw how the pieces worked together in practice rather than theory. There’s room to streamline the pacing, but overall the onboarding served its purpose once that realization hit. It wasn’t perfect, but it worked well enough to get me confident with the software going forward.
