Training Clear Enough But Could Be More Detailed

I felt the training started off pretty clear but certain steps in the onboarding were not explained as thoroughly as they could be. For example, the instructions for setting up automatic updates were brief, leaving me unsure at times if I’d missed anything important. At the same time, the basics around the calling tools and database were explained quite well so I did get a good foundation. It’s a bit of a mixed experience—good enough to start using the software, yet some parts left me needing to hunt around for clarity or additional learning resources.
