Training clear but self-directed part was notable
The training and onboarding experience was generally good with clear modules covering core software features like the dialer and database management. I appreciated that the sessions introduced me to automatic updates and telephonic support options early on, which gave a foundation to work from. However, a significant portion of learning still depended on self-exploration once the formal training wrapped up. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but I found that figuring out some details about optimized workflow setups and invoicing steps required a bit more trial and error than expected. On the positive side, the intuitive design of the software helped me navigate these areas relatively smoothly, and the training did prepare me enough not to feel completely lost. What stood out was the balance between structured training and independent discovery: while I had to work out some things on my own, the groundwork made this manageable. I think future updates could make onboarding more guided but even so, I’m confident using the platform regularly now, and appreciate the responsiveness of the support team when I did reach out with queries.
