Training clarity: some helpful tips but mostly a confusing start
I was really hopeful when I signed up for the training and onboarding program because I wanted to get my remote workflows up and running smoothly. However, the explanation of the steps was quite patchy. While there were some parts where instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, a lot of the onboarding materials left me scratching my head, especially with how certain features were described. It felt like the training skipped over important details or assumed I already knew certain things, which was not the case. Despite several attempts to watch tutorials and read the guides, I kept running into unclear parts that made setting up the software a frustrating experience. The trainers tried to be helpful, but the pacing was inconsistent and sometimes the technical jargon was overwhelming. I wish the program had provided clearer flowcharts or more hands-on demonstrations during the initial sessions. On the positive side, once I finally grasped the basics, some parts of the workflow became manageable, and the training modules did cover a reasonable amount of ground overall. Still, for someone who is new to this kind of remote management software, the mixed clarity in the instructions and the spotty onboarding seriously limited how quickly I could get started. Overall, there were helpful moments, but the confusion definitely outweighed the positives, leaving me quite frustrated with the onboarding experience.
