Training and onboarding: works, but I figured most by myself
Starting with the training, I found the basic materials and webinars helpful to get the gist of how to use the software and dialer. But there were quite a few moments where I realized the system assumed a prior understanding which I didn’t have. The onboarding flow took me through initial steps like signing up and database setup, which was okay, but beyond that I was often left to explore the tool on my own. That’s not necessarily bad, but it meant I spent more hours figuring out shortcuts and settings rather than being guided through every feature. The automatic updates were reliable and didn’t interrupt my workflow, which was a relief. I especially appreciated the dialer integration – it synced well and didn’t lag during calling sessions over several days. My only reservation is that a bit more explicit training on advanced features or use cases would have helped. Overall, I would say the training is solid as a starting point, but plan on doing some self-teaching for a smoother experience later on.
