The training and onboarding with the WFHI software felt quite stable over the course of my first week using it daily. The modules covered most of what I needed to get started, especially with the dialer and database features which are critical to my workflow. What I found reassuring was that the training was consistent in how it addressed the common troubleshooting areas, so I rarely felt lost. Onboarding took a little longer than I would have liked initially, especially around setting up automatic updates and understanding the nuances of invoice handling. Day to day, though, the system behaved reliably and the calling tools ran without glitches. Telephonic support was easy to access whenever I needed a question answered, though occasionally some steps could have been explained more clearly. Overall, this system feels like it supports remote workflows efficiently, though it might benefit from some condensed training for people who are already familiar with similar tools. I would recommend it with a small note that the learning curve isn’t trivial but manageable.
