Training and Onboarding Worked Well Enough
From the start of the training and onboarding, I noticed that the initial tutorials were quite detailed, covering basic usage of the software and the dialing tools. However, when I reached the section about integrating the database with the workflows, there was less step-by-step guidance, so I had to figure out some things on my own. The automatic updates were explained during onboarding, but how often they rolled out and how they'd affect my routine I had to monitor personally. The support team was available when I needed assistance, but early on, quick calls helped solve setup queries more than the written materials. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward and came with clear invoicing, which eased my mind. Once the initial hurdles were crossed, I felt more confident in navigating the software independently. The only reservation I had was that the onboarding could have anticipated my specific workflow better, so less guesswork was involved. Still, I consider the training mostly effective and helpful, providing a solid platform from which I could progress further.
