Training and onboarding wording was confusing

I went through the training and onboarding process with the software, and my impression is simply that the wording and labels used throughout do not make much sense. Many of the terms were not what I would expect or felt inconsistent from one screen to the next. It was hard to keep track of what certain buttons or menu items did because the language wasn’t clear or straightforward. This caused delays as I needed to call support more often than I wanted. The training materials themselves felt too general and didn’t clarify the terminology enough to make sense of it. On the plus side, the telephonic support was patient and answered my questions, but I think the interface and guides could benefit from more consistent and simple wording overall. Hence my verdict is that the labeling issues made the onboarding much harder than it had to be.
