Training and onboarding were okay, but I figured out a lot myself
The training provided a decent overview of the software and remote workflow setup, but to be honest, I ended up figuring out many details on my own. The onboarding was a bit high-level and didn’t cover everything in practical depth, especially around the calling tools and database features. Still, the resources they gave me helped a fair bit, and once I started using the software daily, I understood much more through trial and error. I appreciated that the automatic updates didn’t cause disruptions, and the interface was mostly intuitive after some practice. Overall, I’d say the training and onboarding were okay, but a self-starter approach was definitely necessary. So my verdict is plain: it’s useful but expect to fill in some gaps yourself.
