Training and onboarding were disappointing

Training and onboarding were disappointing

I had high expectations for the training and onboarding process with WorkFromHomeIndia, but my experience was largely unsatisfactory. The training sessions seemed rushed, lacking proper depth and clarity on some important workflow setups, which made me feel poorly prepared to use the software effectively. The onboarding flow was confusing at best; I struggled to navigate the steps needed to integrate the software into my daily tasks. However, I must admit that the telephonic support was somewhat helpful when I finally reached them, though it took quite a few attempts to get through. Despite this assistance, I am fairly certain I will need help again next time I try to set up or customize the tools. The instructional materials did not cover enough troubleshooting points or provide clear examples, which I believe would have reduced my need for ongoing support. Overall, the experience left much to be desired, especially given the cost attached to the package and my expectations from paid training services. I hope that future updates or improvements in this area will make the onboarding more user-friendly and reduce the dependence on external assistance down the road.
