I’ve been through the training and onboarding sessions several times now, so I’ll keep this brief since this is not my first time explaining. The wording used in the training materials and on the software interface was practical if a little dry, but that suited the purpose. It was always clearly structured, which helped me focus on completing the required steps without too much confusion. The modules were organized logically, covering the essential functions needed to operate the dialer and manage workflow remotely. I didn’t find the terminology to be overly complex, which means the materials could be used without needing constant external help. Still, I wouldn’t say it’s perfect—there were moments when the labeling could’ve been more intuitive, particularly around database management features. The overall onboarding experience took a few hours but ended with me confident enough to move forward on my own. The sign-up and payment steps were consistent with the rest of the process in being clear and straightforward. In short, the whole thing felt like a solid step forward for anyone needing to use the software seriously, but it’s not something that surprises or dazzles.
