training and onboarding was meh, had to figure out most stuff on my own

Honestly I was hoping the training and onboarding with WFHI would be pretty straightforward but it turned out to be kinda frustrating. Most of the time I found myself trying to figure out the dialer and database features without much guidance. The training materials they had were basic and didn’t cover many real world scenarios or common hiccups. So I ended up experimenting a lot and sometimes making mistakes that I wasn’t sure how to fix. The onboarding flow was clear at the start but didn’t give me enough confidence to really hit the ground running. Payment and signup process was okay I guess, but the lack of clarity during the initial software setup was annoying. I felt like the system expected me to already know how to handle remote workflows or calling tools which I don’t think is fair. On the plus side, the software does seem to update automatically without me having to do much, so that was convenient. All in all I think this could work for someone who likes to learn by themselves but it wasn’t the best experience for me.
