The training process had both repetitive and waiting moments. When I first started, I had to go through a few introductory sessions that covered the same information more than once. This repetition sometimes felt unnecessary and slowed down progress. On the other hand, certain parts of the onboarding required waiting for access permissions or responses before moving ahead, which delayed the flow. The training content itself was delivered clearly once we got through the initial repeats and waiting periods. The onboarding steps were structured logically, though the waiting time introduced some gaps that broke momentum. Overall, the process was a mix: some parts moved smoothly, while others involved pauses and going over the same material again. The software's automatic updates did not interfere much during onboarding, which was good. Support during training was reachable by phone but occasionally slow to respond, causing further delays. Signing up went without trouble, and invoicing was straightforward. Despite the mixed experience, I found that persistence helped me get through the onboarding and training to start using the software comfortably even if the beginning was a bit tedious.
