When I started with WFHI's training and onboarding program, I found the materials quite comprehensive, especially the videos and step-by-step guides. These resources helped me grasp the essential functions, especially setting up the calling tools and connecting the database feature to my existing workflow. However, I did notice that some parts of the onboarding felt a bit patchy, and I had to do quite a bit of trial and error to get the dialer working smoothly with my schedule. While the training covered many standard scenarios, certain specific configurations weren't explained in-depth, which meant I had to rely on some external research and experimentation on my own. On the flip side, the automatic updates seemed to integrate seamlessly with little fuss, making me appreciate the ongoing support. Ultimately, I feel the training was valuable and gave me a solid foundation, but I wouldn't say everything was foolproof or entirely easy to figure out without some independent problem-solving. I think future onboarding could be even better with a little more focus on complex setups and clearer advice about integrating the software fully. Still, overall, the experience left me reasonably confident in using the platform.
