Training and onboarding: useful but with its share of hiccups
The onboarding process started off well, with clear instructions on how to use the call dialer and input data into the database. However, some parts of the training were a bit redundant, causing me to repeat steps unnecessarily. For example, one part had me go over the same call setup multiple times, which felt like a waste of time. This led me to question if I was missing something or if it was just the way the training was structured. Nonetheless, the useful part was that I eventually got a good sense of the software’s capabilities, especially regarding automatic updates and how they happen in the background. It’s a mixed bag because while some parts seemed inefficient, the overall onboarding did help me get going. I’d say the software is powerful but the way trainers communicate could be smoother to avoid repeating the same points.
