Looking back on my experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding process, I have to say it was more challenging than I originally anticipated. Despite following the provided training materials and attending several telephonic sessions, I never truly felt confident with the software's calling tools or database features by the time my onboarding ended. The automatic updates sometimes changed important functions just after I’d gotten used to them, which added to the confusion. I often found myself having to refer back to tutorials or reach out to support, but help was not always immediately available. The invoicing and payment processes were straightforward enough, but all of the software’s complexities made me doubt if I could manage the remote workflows efficiently. I realized that significant effort was required beyond initial training to become fully comfortable. Reflecting on it, I have mixed feelings because the training was structured, but the inconsistent confidence I felt led to frustration. It took more time and personal perseverance than expected just to navigate the basic use, which will definitely impact my future approach to such tools.
