Training and onboarding took more effort than expected
Setting up the software and getting accustomed to WorkFromHomeIndia’s training was quite an effort from my side. Initially, I thought it would be a seamless process with just an onboarding phase and then smooth day-to-day use. However, I found that much of the setup required repeated attention beyond the initial phase, especially in configuring the calling tools and database features repeatedly to suit my workflow. The onboarding training was detailed but felt somewhat too generic, meaning I needed to spend extra time figuring out specific integrations. Ongoing adjustments were necessary, and the automatic updates sometimes changed settings requiring me to revisit the training materials. On the positive side, the telephonic support was available when I struggled, though I wished for a more tailored onboarding experience that anticipated common hurdles better. Payment and sign-up were the easiest parts of the entire process, with clear invoicing and prompt updates. While I appreciate the effort and the system’s potential, the continual fine-tuning made the overall journey more tiresome than I initially expected.
